HOW TO BREAK THE FAST:

KINGDOM VEGETABLE SOUP: (RECOMMENDED RECIPE)

1   Cup Carrots (diced)

1   Cup Cauliflower

1   Cup of Broccoli

2   Cups of Cabbage (sliced fine) 3 garlic cloves (crushed)

1  Cup of Spinach (optional)

1   Cup Winter Squash (optional)

3  Ripe Tomatoes (diced)

1  Bell pepper(diced)

Salt to taste (Sea Salt)

Red/Green/Yellow

1 small  red onion (diced)

1 small yellow onion

1 stalk celery  w/leaves, Chopped

4 TBSP olive oil

4 Cups Chicken or Vegetable Broth

4 Cups water

4 Bay leaves

Heat olive oil in large soup pan (medium heat)

Add onions and garlic (let simmer 3 minutes)

Add tomatoes and celery (let simmer 2 minutes)

Add chicken or vegetable broth and water (bring to boil)

Add vegetables and bay leaves

Add sea salt to taste

Cover and cook for 30 minutes
