Pastor Kersch Darville
Kersch Darville brings to the Board a rich background in both corporate finance and pastoral ministry. With over three decades of experience in offshore banking and trust management, Kersch brings a unique blend of financial expertise and spiritual insight to his role as a Fellowship Pastor.
In November of 2014, Kersch transitioned from his successful career in banking to answer a higher calling as a Fellowship Pastor. Since then, he has dedicated himself wholeheartedly to serving his congregation and community with passion and diligence.
Kersch’s journey in pastoral ministry began with roles such as Associate Youth Pastor, Assistant Director of Missions, and District Pastor of Small Groups (Kingdom Care), where he honed his leadership skills and nurtured a heart for discipleship and community outreach.
Education has been a cornerstone of Kersch’s professional development. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Theology from Christian Life School of Theology, providing him with a solid foundation in biblical studies and theological principles. Additionally, Kersch pursued further academic excellence by earning an MBA from Sunderland University, equipping him with the business acumen necessary to navigate the complexities of both corporate and church environments.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Kersch finds his greatest joy and fulfillment in his role as a husband to Suzette Darville and a father to two adult children, Ashley Brittany and Eric Darville. Together, they form a supportive family unit that embodies the values of love, faith, and service.
As a Director at our church, Kersch Darville brings a wealth of experience, wisdom, and dedication to the table. His leadership is characterized by integrity, compassion, and a steadfast commitment to advancing the Kingdom of God. We are blessed to have him as an integral part of our Kingdom community.
