Pastor Patrick "Pat" Rolle
Pastor Pat is an Associate Minister at Bahamas Faith Ministries International. With a wealth of experience and expertise, Pastor Pat holds a Doctor of Ministry Degree, a Master of Divinity, a Master of Theology Degree, and a Bachelor of Theology Degree. Prior to his current role, he served as the Director General for The Bahamas Aviation Authority and held a position as a Board Director at The Airport Authority. Pastor Pat is a distinguished alumnus of Harvard Business School, having completed the General Management Executive Programme in 1999, and the Federal Aviation Administration Advance Management School in Palm Coast, Florida.
In addition to his impressive professional achievements, Pastor Pat is a lifelong Commercial Pilot and holds an Airline Transport Pilots License, he presently sits a Chairman of the Aircraft Accident Investigation Authority. His dedication to aviation and leadership has been evident throughout his career. Beyond his professional endeavors, Pastor Pat’s greatest desire is to see the Kingdom of God established in the life of the church and our professional environments.
Personally, Pastor Pat is happily married to Adline, and together they have been blessed with three daughters, Gianette, Kelli and Cara, as well as three beloved grandchildren, Ari, Mason and Kayleigh.
