Registration
  • Registration begins at 8:30 am on Wednesday August 2nd in the
    Diplomat Center Lobby.
  • Wrist bands are required for admittance to all day sessions

Meals

  • Lunch is included for all registered guests of the conference in the
    Diplomat Cafeteria.
  • Tea, Coffee, and snacks are available for purchase in the Oasis
    Bookstore located in the lobby.

Wi-Fi Access

  • Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided at The Diplomat Center

Transportation

Transportation is provided for our registered guests staying at the Courtyard Marriott, Junkanoo Beach. Pickup times are as follows:

  • Day Sessions (Wednesday August 2nd-Friday August 4th)
  • Pickup from the Courtyard Marriott to the Diplomat Center at 8:15am
  • Pickup from the Diplomat Center to the Courtyard Marriot at 2:30pm
  • Evening Sessions- (Wednesday August 2nd-Friday August 4th)
  • Pickup from the Courtyard Marriott to the Diplomat Center at 6:15pm
  • Pickup from the Diplomat Center to the Courtyard Marriot at 9:30pm

**All guests are asked to be on time in the lobby at least 5 minutes prior to pickup to ensure on time arrivals and departures.
